Scientific Research for Dummies

If we would take the time to listen to all of the idiots at once–instead of the random commercial or news feed we Americans would come to this conclusion too..

If you follow the news about health research, you risk whiplash. First garlic lowers bad cholesterol, then—after more study—it doesn’t. Hormone replacement reduces the risk of heart disease in postmenopausal women, until a huge study finds that it doesn’t (and that it raises the risk of breast cancer to boot). Eating a big breakfast cuts your total daily calories, or not—as a study released last week finds.

Thank you Sharon Begley!

This only further points to the need to completely ignore the pharmaceutical industry when they offer a cure backed by so called “research.”  Instead, why don’t we change our habits? and ignore these idiots driven by corporate greed.  Eat raw, eat fresh, eat local, eat at home!  And most importantly do your own research and look at historical trends.  Yes it takes time, but it is so worth it.
