Abortion

Fact: More babies died under George Bush than Jews under Hitler.

Did you know that approximately 8 million babies were aborted during George Bush’s term?

Did you know that approximately 5-7 million Jews were killed under Adolf Hitler’s years?

Why do we continue to be fooled by the republican party candidates? Do we honestly think that any of the mainstream showboats will make a difference? Well you might say that can any individual really make a difference? ABSOLUTELY! Haven’t you watched the news over the past 8 years? How does one man mobilize a country to go to war, mobilize hundreds of thousands of troops, spend billions of dollars, take over 2 countries, all of this bypassing congress in the first place (http://www.counterpunch.org/boyle0917.html).

ONE man took over 2 countries! 2 countries! Is that not making a difference? And yet here we are in the United States saying that we voted for the guy who was “pro-life” and he made a difference, right? Let me ask you a question- did he make a difference? Did George Bush make a difference on the issue of abortion like he said he would? 8 million babies are dead. George Bush did not make a difference or even a dent in abortion in the United States of America. But you don’t care because he was a Republican and SAID he would make a difference! He didn’t! Shouldn’t this make a difference in who you might vote for next election? And don’t you dare give the argument that “well.. maybe the next candidate will make a difference so I‘ll go with him because he says so,” or “a vote for somebody else is a vote for the democrats!” Don’t you dare! You contradict your very right as a citizen of the United States to vote in a representative when you speak of the lesser of two evils or “he’s prettier than the other guy.”

Here’s how: ask yourself, who is the president? What role does he take? How does our so called democracy work? Representatives!! You don’t believe me? Pick up a copy of the Constitution or read it here: http://www.usconstitution.net/const.html. So what is a representative? Define it: “Bearing the character or power of another; as a council representative of the people;” “One that exhibits the likeness of another” -Webster’s 1828. Your responsibility is to vote in a representative. That means you are voting in an individual that will represent YOU! He will be representative of what you would do before the nation and world. That is why I say it is contradictory for a Christian to vote for McCain in my previous note. It simply does not work. Now listen, I voted for Bush back in the day. Don’t you think I regret that considering what he has done and what he hasn‘t done? I was once fooled by this nonsensical philosophy called ‘for the greater good.’ It is rubbish. Bad means are not justified by a ‘just’ end.

My point is this, George Bush was a horrible representative for Christians. It is assumed that if you are a Christian you could not possibly vote for or support abortion since it is ending a heartbeat. A vote for George Bush my friends was a vote for abortion. He made no difference. In the same way that we attribute the responsibility of the holocaust on Adolf Hitler should we not also consider George Bush as responsible for the abortion of 8 million babies? YES! George Bush is responsible. If he is not responsible as you might say because he didn’t actually inject the mothers with chemicals or surgically remove the baby such as in the Suction-Aspiration method, in which the cervical muscle ring must be paralyzed and stretched open. Then “the abortionist inserts a hollow plastic tube with a knife-like edge into the uterus. The suction tears the baby’s body into pieces. The placenta is cut from the uterine wall and everything is sucked into a bottle” (http://www.abortionfacts.com/literature/literature_927hh.asp). If George Bush isn’t responsible because he didn’t physically do it than Adolf Hitler isn’t responsible for the Holocaust. Well you might say that this is absurd to compare George Bush to Adolf Hitler. My friends, I am not comparing the two men except that their place in government carries the same weight. You might say that Adolf Hitler ordered the destruction of the Jewish race and that George Bush did not order the destruction of the unborn race. What is inaction? What is it? “Want of action; forbearance of labor; idleness; rest.” -According to Webster’s 1828. Or if you prefer it another way let us go to the Bible. 2 Chronicles 19:10 says this about inaction “Whenever any dispute comes to you from your brethren who live in their cities, between blood and blood, between law and commandment, statutes and ordinances, you shall warn them so that they may not be guilty before the LORD, and wrath may not come on YOU and your brethren. Thus YOU shall do and YOU will not be guilty.”

So the argument now has become this: George Bush is guilty of inactivity. The facts speak for this if you don’t believe me- 8 million babies are dead. The rate of abortion has not gone down, but has in fact risen during George Bush’s years (http://www.reason.com/blog/show/107931.html)! According to the dictionary inaction is idleness. According to Scripture idleness when action could be taken is guilt. Does that make you happy about the candidate the Republicans tote as a champion? Your and my representative did nothing but distract a nation over wars overseas while 8 million babies were slaughtered and cried out an pain and terror inside the womb. My friends, George Bush carries the same burden that Adolf Hitler did. He, being Bush, must go down in HIStory as being justly responsible for 8 million deaths because of his idleness. He could have made a difference but did NOT! He is found wanting. Will you let this happen again? The fate of the nation is in our hands. Revolution! That is what we need. A revolution. We need to effect an entire change of principles in the voters! More appropriately revival: “an awakening of men to their spiritual concerns.”

Why do you cringe when you see this if abortion is not murder?

In Scripture our relationship to God is that of representation . Romans 5 defines this. We who once were in Adam- that means we sinned with Adam in the garden, are now in Christ. Christ is our representative before God. He came and lived a perfect life that we could not. He died on the cross and claimed to be the son of God. You don’t believe me? Read the book of Luke (http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?book_id=49&chapter=1&version=49). He rose again after an unjust death- a death we deserved. This is not a philosophy, nor is it something that the world has truly tried for 2000 years now. It is a fact. The fact is this person Jesus. There is no argument against a fact. The fact is He came. He was not a liar, the facts speak strongly for his honesty. He was not a lunatic, the facts speak strongly for His sanity. So what is this fact- the life of Jesus Christ- the person of Jesus Christ. He must be Lord as He claimed. There is no argument against this final point that will stand and there are no alternatives to these three arguments: Liar, lunatic, or Lord. Christianity is the only hope for the you this day. You don’t believe me? http://www.mlj.org.uk/audio/ChristianityTheOnlyHope.htm
